What kind of valve is that? Who makes it?

How do i do that so all the air comes out at once? The valve i have set up now works, but it sounds like an airhorn. Also, how do i take an electric valve and make it work with just a push button?

I was using gasoline from a spray bottle in the snow a few years back. My cannon is made of sch 40 pipe and the only problem i had was putting the end cap back on with cold hands.
