Well, like I said, I plan to polish the inside of the steel barrel to remove the seam (similar to the method Technician uses on his QDV's).

Copper is a definite option, but I have other projects I'd like to start working on. :wink:

Simple Glowstick (3/4") Launcher

Hi, I'd like to show you guys a simple little project I made to amuse myself and co-workers during some overtime last month. It's a simple pneumatic glowstick launcher, but of course it will shoot anything in 3/4" steel pipe (I like to use lolipops as well). Specifications 1" x 12" air chamber 3/4" ...

Contra, Most camlocks have a rubber gasket (of some thickness, I might add) in the female portion of the coupling. This will cause at least some movement of any barrel. I suggest some type of barrel support if the cannon is an over/under type, or just brace the barrel with your hand if it is inline.

I live in the Southern US and this year I've seen sleet and snow for the first time in a very long time.

It sucks since most people can't drive in dry weather, anyways, much less ice and sleet.
