Might not be a good idea to get any rail add-ons unless you want to install rails, that mg doesn't come with any on it in the stock version. You can buy conversion kits for it, or just a rail and bolt it on yourself, thats what I did with my m249 when I put a red dot on it.

Why not just purchase a actual hopup unit for the rifle?

You wouldn't even have to run the line to a backpack co2 rig, just build a stock that holds the tank

how does that store the info when you shoot? do you have to line the cannon up with the sight or does it work like a paintball crono where you just shoot over the top of it?

I take it that the rod is pushing directly onto the safety pin (not sure of the real name) that is in the co2 bottle? So there isn't any valves other than what is included already in the tank? Neat idea. :) I can't tell which end is suppose to be the front in the first picture, the left or the right...

Do you have to have apples that fit the barrel, or can you use over-sized ones and just shove them in?

Wouldn't a 1/4 hole be feeding the same way that a cloud would? (with bb's almost randomly bouncing around until one got sucked into the barrel) What makes it un-cloud-like?
