Very clean work, i hope you'lle make a good shock absorber behind the piston, so you 'll shoot at more acceptable pressions :p

Wait for vids !!

You've not a support to shoot confortably, you could ad 90° part to handle easlier your cannon ;)

Sorry, i've some difficulties to find the right words..

To increase the pilot volume speed exhaust i guess ;)

The faster it exhausts, the more powerful it is ;)

Sorry if i said it wrong.. ^^

Looks like mine, mine has a 1.5 QEV instead. here is some pictures and vids but the topic is not updated, now i shoot at 25bar and use a plastic piston, lighter: http://patator.frbb.net/t8285p210-fonctionnel-mmk-2-pac-jusqu-a-40-bar-qev-1-1-2?highlight=jusqu+%E0 I use a 1300*26mm barrel. Very impres...

I designed a system wich need a weaker spring and keep a good acceleration.

The inbalance can be more or less large, depending on weither the spring strenght.

It can be optimised easily.

I'm not sur if i understand or not.

There is only a spring that prevent the translation of the piston, by keeping the sealing of the neopren part ?

The spring should be very strong in order to support the initial pressure, but not too much, the piston should be able to recoil easily.

Right ? ^^

Yes, with a good bumper, but after many shoots.. i don't know... The diameter is large, so the forces are very "strong", with a pneumatical bumper you will certainly no have problem, but there aren't many materials wich could be a good bumper durably. But if you have experience with that, he would p...

I don't now what what will you use it for, but the threaded rob looks too thin compared the seat diameter. I guess this piston will recoil, end shock in the tee or i don't now. I made a qdv with a 6mm threaded rod and 16mm seat diameter, after some shoots, the rob is completely twisted, and steel wa...

JSR use lot of epoxy, but for your case it may be to brittle for the pressure you use. To have a efficient silencer, in theory, the lenghts of the barrel and the silencer are the same. But you could have any reduction of noise with smaller silencer i think. And with it, you have to make a bipod, bec...

We are several to notice that, but his don't see anything ^^

I think the chamber is enormous compared to barrel, and 120 inclue much air, it's longer to leave barrel.

I don't see very well, but seems that's braze with brass rods, you must have bi-gaz post weld, to up to 1200-1500°. If it's only a hard braze, you can use propane blowtorch, but to braze steel and large diameters, oxy-acetaline or propane is imperative. Google translate don't make the different betw...

Hi :)

On the first videos, the small flow induce a bgf mess of air, it should have a 10 meters barrel to exploit all HP air.

But with 2inch QDV ... a monster ! :D
