use dry ice you canget over 900psi with that but thats still kind of weak, nitroglicerin or trinitrotelene usely due the trick of 1.4 million psi ,you can shoot thing through 3 inch steel without a barrlel. jk dont do that, mabey a super cooled rail gun is the way to go.

explosians can get up to 1.4 million psi while the 500 S&W gets up to about 50,000 psi, and a spud gun no more than 100 psi. fact of the day

I would use steel it will probaby be the same price as clear pvc

epoxy is rated up to 2500 pounds per square inch for the longer set ones that take a day
