That would depend entirely on the outside diameter of the pipe. I would suspect that you could use the class T with the regular pipe in a reducing bushing. However, the inside diameter of the Class T will most likely be smaller than the regular material. I checked out the catalogue, and I don't see ...

Thanks for putting the forums online Kyle, I couldn't imagine how much work it was converting them. :)

One question though: is it possible to search the archive?

Thanks rmich. You shouldn't need anything better than a couple of momentary switches from radioshack. The relay isolates the flash circuit from the trigger switch so you'll need a switch that'll carry 12 volts @ 1 amp. The ignition coil isn't 100% effective, so if it has 100:1 windings it'll produce...

Have you read the Wiki article yet? By air ionizer, you're referring to the flash bulb, right? In order to ignite the flashbulb, two currents are used. Initially, a small current is put across the bulb and this serves as a pathway for the larger current to "jump". The flash you see is the larger cur...

rmich: I just looked at your diagram, and the setup looks fine. A slight alteration is not to remove the flash bulb but keep the setup the same. This would give the circuit a chance to discharge through the flash bulb if your spark gap is set too far apart. I wrote that article in the wiki and made ...

I was told from the plumbing store I got it from that it was NSF-PW and that it was pressure rated at 480 psi or something like that and it was just we...

I just went to nsf.org and this is what it said... "Products that meet all applicable performance standards for pressure-rated potable water applications" "pressure-rated" is the key there DWV stands for - Destruction With Violence. Some people do use it but it's just not quite as safe. You have th...
