I made a pneumatic gun with a modded sprinkler valve and it doesn't hold any air... when I pump it up it just makes an airhorn sound.
Can anyone tell me what is wrong with it?

I just made my first pneumatic with this modded valve. Problem is, I can't figure out why its not holding any air at all. That is, when I put the air into the diaphram it makes an air horn sound and lets all the air out. What should I do?

well if you're afraid that it will break i have a very simple solution. just take duct tape and wrap it around the glass so if it breaks i wont go every where kinda like shatter proof

i see there is a sprinkler vlave on there. how much better are those than ball valves? is there a better valve i could get cheaper that a sprinkler ?

how do you get the compressed air in through the barrel?

what does he have attached to the blowgun? i know what the threaded thing is thats attached with tape but wut is the tape attached to?is it just like part of a hose from an air compressor or something else?? help me out here
