A way to do a sabot is take a potato, ram it into a small peice of the same " pipe your using for a barrel, then pop it out and cut a slight depresion into it for the golfball to fit in, just pop it in there and fire!

To solve the honking just mod it modding is really easy so you shouldnt have a problem doing that.

its a Brass eagle Stingray so it wasnt built bye me only thing i have done to it is mod the trigger assemply for easier and faster fireing.

Yes, the valve is really limetting preformance; barrel pressure never exceeded ~20 psi, IIRC. I'd expect an enormous improvement if you used a 1" sprinkler. (which acctualy has a bit more flow [~25% more] than your barrel can use, but a 3/4" would limmet preformance... so I'd pay the extra couple d...
