yes the blow gun does work extremly well, as long as you mod the internals which is very easy it should work just fine.

how is the barrel held in place? how far was your shot from? The barrel is held in palace with epoxy, and the shot was from about a foot away from the can. Why the quick disconnect? I think the barrel is 5/16 brake line, and i can get it up to 200 psi with my regular bike pump

you should try 1/2" sdr 21

try wrapping yor piston with electrical tape if it moves to loosly or wobbles around

i had the same issue with the blow gun because to much air was getting around the piston, so a wrap of masking tape solved the issue.
