heres the pipe
its plenty thick and heavy which is why i think it should be ok for a hybrid and able to have some screws and stuff mounted on it.

yeah i was thinking about the tradeoffs of a larger hole needing a better disc and a smaller hole needing more structural support. i think it would be pretty easy to go in the middle with about a 6" hole. thats only 2" around the inside and i need space for the nuts and bolts. my experience with ply...

i filled it up from an old fire extinguisher tank at ~120psi regulated to 30 with a hose connected to the gun. i had to pump up the tank between rounds of airsoft. its 3/4" pipe with 12 gauge shells. the body of the shell fits perfectly but the rim at the back is slightly larger so it keeps the whol...

possible very low x basketball hybrid?
a while ago i gave my basketball cannon propane fueling. while that was all well and good, i couldnt help but wonder if i could push it a little further. i was thinking about maybe just a 2x capable setup. i would have to basically overhaul the whole thing, but i think it would be worth it. i just c...

(formerly)Advanced tennis ball gun
i made this for a school project like 2 years ago. it used to have a chamber fan, which broke, and a stun gun ignition that i swapped to another project. i still use it with propane and a peizo and it works great(nice and loud). since it was for school my parents paid for it and i used nice pressure...

Break-barrel airsoft shotgun
i made this for airsoft since i didnt have money for a new gun. it uses empty shotgun shells with the backs drilled out full of bbs and some wadding. im pretty proud of my engineering on the break barrel system. it is spring loaded and well-greased so i could get reload time down to about 4-5 second...

The video doesn't do justice to the noise. A neighbor about a half mile down the street said he heard it. I'm not sure how high it goes but maybe I could find out from the hangtime somehow. The end is some plywood screwed into the 1/2 inch walls with some rubber hose to make a seal. The only concern...

10" basketball cannon
Here's the skinny on my latest cannon. Its about 40" of 10" pipe with really thick walls(weighs 60 pounds) rated for 150 psi. Right now it just has a bbq sparker and a computer fan but I have a hole drilled for propane and such. Any suggestions for a damage shot? Best shot of the day with starting f...

BIG pipe questions
Alright heres the deal My friend and I were wandering through the woods and stumbled on an open yard filled with all sorts of pipe laying around. There was a large pile of plastic pipes in the 10"-18"+ range. I think I am going to contact the owners soon about it, but first my questions are- a. Is t...
