The double thread connector: Watts A-524, 7/8" Tube to 3/4" MI Connector with insert compression. Just throw away the insert and compression nut. FE: I used a Kidde 10BC Kitchen, but I'm sure a Kidde 1A 10BC Recreational will do and a bit cheaper. Tapping: The thread count of the FE is huge, around ...

Nice cannon. I too play paintball and live the demo/engineer role. I’m also a resident Nerf Nerd for a few local Carolina fields, aka I do inspections and crono LAWs for scenarios. Not sure if you play in the States, but many fields in the southeast will not allow plastic chambers; even schedule 80 ...

I’m sorry guys but I have to admit, in my little world I’m finding it amusing that majority of the spudders here, if they play PB, are speedballers. BUT the use of a spud gun in PB would be only viable in woodsball, extremely ironic. Back on topic; for me at least. I have witnessed superb results wi...

@ Goathunter Not sure which side I will be on. I generally play the bad guy, but I think the North Vietnamese will have more armor this scenario so I may have to go American. @ fatcat At a paintball store an in-line regulator generally costs between $40 and $100+. The one I used here cost me $62. If...

@ XxtriviumxX & ArticWolf For my backyard I'm going to try a howler. I have researched and some say I will have to modify the plastic whistle but it will work great. However, paintball field owners & big scenario game promoters generally shy away from anything other than the general 2" Nerfs @ goath...

DuraCoat: A bit pricey but WELL worth the investment, search the net for a starter kit. If you want a cheap alternative use “extra flat – camouflage” spray paint available from Advance Auto Parts. Limited to color selection. Note: The spray paint will scratch off PVC even if you “rough” it up a bit....

@goathunter Yes, this LAW will be making its debut at CDP for the Vietnam Patrol. I am on Team ODX, the field’s PB team and will be hunting our own tanks @Pete Zaria Your close ups sir: The system remotes from a 3k/68i bottle. The regulator on the bottle outputs approx 800 psi. http://i73.photobucke...

is that sch80 or painted either way that is a nice gun Sch80 for the 90s. Everything else is sch40 painted O.D. but the catridge. The cartridge is ABS so I can carry preloaded Nerfs. Question for the experts: I understand ABS is not the best material due to its cellular composition, but with the sm...

Thanx – first pneumatic
Ladies & Gentz, Just wanted to say Thanx for all the help. This community answered many questions and of course “sparked” many more. I built this, my first pneumatic, for paintball. I’m sure the spud bug will have me make more in the future. http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i227/avatar_419/100_4252...
