You can make flour explode but it can be dangerous. I have been taught to use it in the military and with a five pound I can bring a house to the ground. I would not recommend it.

Well if it were the same epoxy that is listed in the how-to-files then it would work. That epoxy is rated at like 1900lbs tensil strength.

It just means that the tank is rated for 3625 PSI so it is plenty safe enough to handle CO2. It could handle Nitrogen if he wanted to fill it with that then jut get a low pressure regulator for nitrogen.
