There has got to be a better way to cut these stencils than with an x-acto knife. Took me an hour to carve a "WMD - Weapon of Mashed Destruction" stencil. Good find with those pictures though. I definitely want some companion cube love.

As long as the surface area suddenly increases like a "snap-valve", the original design will work fine. Tech's idea might work better, but I don't think it is necessary.
