I know your not really supposed to revive posts unless its a good reason but it is. I was just wondering how you prevent the epoxy from fitting between the crack of the pvc innerwall and the rubber seal face. is it the grease? Or is the rubber face simply sealing it just enough?

correct me if im wrong but if you put hydrogen into a pneumatic wont it fire much faster/further. like in the same gun hydgrogen at 50 psi will outperform air at 50 psi right.

I have all my specs pretty much worked out. The things going to be huge. The chamber is 3 inch 20 inches long and the barrell is 1.5 inch 70 inch long. Is this even a reasonable size? With all this the C:B ratio brings it up to a 1.04:1.

For a pneumatic a .6-.8 to 1 is a perfect ratio but 1:1 is also good. With a hand pump it just depends how much pressure your pump holds and how tired you want to get. Most basic bike pumps will hold 90Psi reasonably. Youd get pretty good power especially with that huge chamber!

its really hard to tell the C:B ratio just by looking at it but the way i tell my C:B ratio is just pour water into the chamber until it is full and measure it then do the same to the barrel. then just simplify or divide or such till it is in simple forms. Example:Chamber=10.9 cups, Barell=9.8 Cups ...

Welcome to spudfiles(shouldnt be sayin that as i am vey new too :lol: ). First of all if you arent using propane as of now do not use hair spray it really gunks up your chamber really badly and isnt very powerful either.
