Nice to see a good looking cannon on here. Just a thought, you could make the barrel a bit longer, just to get some more muzzle velocity.
Also, i've been wondering for a while, what does one with a cannon that launches T shirts. Do you fire them into crowds at events?

Nice looking cannon, shame about the DWV though.
I've had the same thing with a bad batch of glue, my cannon came apart at 40PSI and put a hole in the wall.

When I take PVC apart I cut the PVC pipe down to where it enters the fitting, then cut a slice through the pvc pipe on the inside of the fitting. Then get a chissel and wack it with a hammer on the join between the pvc pipe and fitting. Works most times for me.

You might be a spudgunner if:

Every time you talk to your friends about your hobbies they get that glazed look in their eyes

You know how to send potatos 200m down the road but not how to cook them.

Good idea ,but you could still replace the ball valve with a sprinkler valve. In most cases where i live a sprinkler valve is cheaper that a larger ball valve.

Arrows for ammo

Hey there, I went over to my local park on the weekend (there was no one around) with one of my first air cannons, and decided to find out how well arrows work for ammo. Fired at about 50psi and the arrow ended up going over 190 meters. I just thought I would ask if this is a new idea or has it been...
