make sure the output shaft outta the motor is 90 degrees to the chain and make sure the gear on the output andthe gear that u are using on the bike are in line. but u cant change gears or it will come off.

I wouldn't think that the velocity would be the same. It would be less because of it constantly changing directions the projectile would waste alot of energy. not for sure . if u do it i would like to know the answer!

I might b wrong but wouldnt a piston valve require alot more space or i would have to cut my 400 gallon tank to insert the valve and barrel then weld it all back together?

im thinking about making a butterfly valve for the cannon using a car hood spring to help open the valve quickly im a machinist so i have the tools and would b able to get material cheap that will probably be the best way

Read the fine print in the instructions they say 24 volts ac 9 volts minimum and 9 volts dc is enough to open it one way when u flip the switch and it closes when u turn it off.

the valve is triggered by the remote switch in which a 9 volt battery is wired to a switch wired to the valve

looking for comments and improvements that could b made. its has a 2 in barrel 3in expansion chambers that hold about 7 gallons.

Im making a cannon with a 8 to 10 inch diameter barrel all steel pipe from a 400 gallon air tank need valve ideas for it!!
