I am not sure what you mean by tangental

Anouthe Question if you dont mind. Must the Barrel and air in be flush with the inside of the Cap as shown in 1.? Or Can it be either?

To me it makes more scence if it is flush.

Please correct me if im wrong, but if the inlet was at the bottom of the vortex, then it would not create a vortex. Itthe air would run up into the BB Holder?

I was thinking of adding a threaded cap onto the end. I am still figureing out a trigger system though as im not sure wether i am going to use air or CO2. However i'm leaning towards CO2.

First BBMG idea

Hello all.

I am planning on makeing a BBMG, of Vortex Cap type.

I have an idea in my head of its basic shape.

What i want to know is if my idea shown below will work?

The pipe comes as blue, most pressure pipe here has the blue colour. Strap is a old police belt of my dads. The fans has a tight fit in the chamber and doesnt move when shooting. Just heat the hose with hot water, and push it over the nozzle, and fasten with pipeclamp, or wire(It works better). Its simple, yet effective

New Advanced Combustion

This is my 3rd Gun, but first proper advanced combustion. The barrel is 2m long and 50mm in dia. It is sleved for golf balls. Chamber: 110mm Class 9, pressure pipe. and is 35cm long. I had gballs sticking in my sleeved barrel. it kept on ripping the sleeve appart, until i sanded the sleve down more, now i have no problem.

Are you also writing exams now? I am, but only write LO on friday then im done, so to say the least i have started my holiday project(my last for a while Matric nd cash) @MrC you could mint your own proofs in 2002 when the CWC was held here, Thats how i got mine, altho a few million circulation one...
