Fill the balls up with piss tape em up and bombs away!!!
I've read a few of your posts, and I have to ask you, are you just screwing with us to see our reaction, or do you have some sort of mental disability? Because the few of you posts that are actually composed of coherent English are either horrible ideas, or pure bullsh*t.
As for pingpong balls, a ball filled with powdered/finely chopped lead or steel, and then injected with liquid epoxy to seal the cracks, could be relatively dense while being reusable.

Fill a pingpong ball with water, and put it in the freezer.
INCOMING ICEBALL!
It does increase the ball size a small bit however.
The pingpong cracks open and ice comes underneath.

Dont worry, winter is coming!

They wont melt then.
Also, its a "stealthy" ammo when you remove the pingpong-shell around the ice.
Your ammo will shatter and melt away, leaving no trace of what hit your target.
When there's snow and ice around its even instantly-stealth

You CAN spud in the winter, but when your pvc cools down, your pvc gets brittle.
You may load it inside the house, take it out to the garden, fire, and go back inside.
It cools down over a few minutes, giving you enough time to fire.

Yeah, still sounds like a bummer. Spudding year round rules. As a matter of fact I'm going into my back yard to shoot some off in just a little bit!
I love Arizona. Gonna use my sons mini. 2" pvc reduced to 1" . . . It's a scaled down version of my beast. - way off topic - sorry

i second that... tho the initial shock of launching would probably be more than enough force needed to crystallize it. but if you could get it to remain a liquid until impact, that certainly would make some cool formations.
