I shot a 12 inch long steel bar through a carhood,cardoor,3/4 inch plywood,2x4,then 2 hay bales . the chrono clocked it at 850 fps or 750. I cant rememeber. but it was one of those two.

ohhhhh, those railroad guns. . ggdt said mine should shoot 1.12 miles at 110 psi, and it is all rated to above those pressures. so I could take it up that high. those rail road guns had to be rebored every 6 shots or so,and were extremely inaccurate. not so here. from 110 feet away,I put a concrete filled Gatorade bottle through the same hole 4 or 5 times in a row . the hole was 2 inches larger in diameter than the bottle itself. the only reason it did not continue going through the same hole is that I stapled a beanie baby to the plywood by the wings (it was a swan) and shot the body right off. the wings were still stapled to the plywood.

Hey, I know what about potatos lol
A really cool thing to do is get poppers from a fireworks store and get a cofee filter and carefully unrap all the popper and put them in the cofee
filter(be very carefull doing this you dont want the stuff in the poppers to fall to far or they may go off and blow up in your face)
after there all empty twist the cofee filter up and tie off with twist tie.
Load into barrel very carefully and use wadding so it dont go off right when fired.
This makes for a very cool ammo expecially at night 8)
