1/2 inch copper pipe and for 1/2 inch pvc

The 1/2" diameters listed for copper and PVC pipes are nominal diameters (i.e., they're not actually 1/2" in diameter). Also, the diameter for copper and PVC changes depending on schedule, rating, manufacturer etc, so provide an exact diameter or you may end up with something that doesn't fit.

Edit: By the way, you could make a mold that simple from a piece of wood. You could even do what I have done in the past and hammered fishing sinkers in to a cylindrical shape to fit 3/4" copper pipe.

what do i do then?
plus i want a mold i can open and pop out the lead bullet

Figure out what PVC/copper pipe you're using, google for a specification sheet for that particular pipe and it will give you dimensions. All the necessary writing (for determining what standard it is) will be written on the pipe itself.

Also, a slug made like that would need rifling to fly straight, otherwise a hollow tail or some ofther form of drag stabilisation is essential.

I would go with MrC's suggestion, take a section of barrel piping, seal off one end and pour in the lead. A proper mould is most likely out of budget anyway

Spray some cooking oil or other lubricant inside the copper. I have personally melted lead in copper pipe and removed it.

Wanted to know if any one can machine me a mold. I'm in {insert country}

The out side measurements don't need to be very accurate but would like 0.5mm on the actual mold part and alignment bolts, you can just use a standard 118* drill bit. The block should be made of aluminium.

No one said you were, just saying that there are plenty of options for cast lead projectiles which you should carefully and patiently consider before making vague requests for a machined mould which will likely cost you quite a few $$$

But, i figure you don't really need precise molds anyway.
May i suggest something more, effective?
instead of an 'bullet' design, which will require rifling in your barrel in the first place. You can buy a ball mold for fishing weights for fairly cheap, They have all different sizes 8mm-28mm lead balls.

100-150 bucks is one hell of a rip off, doesnt cost that much to drill a hole and split the metal block in half, someone who charges that must be nuts

i can get bullet molds for 25-40 dollars brandnew,
100-150 is a complete rip off!!!!!
