I was about to suggest BES - but it's completely gone from the website, so I can only assume they no longer stock it.
And before you ask, yes, I am certain they stocked it in the first place. I have a catalogue here from last year that lists it.
You could always try contacting them and asking nicely about it. They probably won't have any, but often places like that may be able to tell you about an alternate supplier.

B&Q may have some 18mm aluminium pipe... it will probably have a thicker wall though.

I've just had a look. 16mm and 20mm sizes. No evidence of an 18mm size.
However, 20mm aluminium would be a good replacement for the 20mm copper BES has stopped doing - which I believe is essentially perfect dimensions for paintballs:
20mm OD - 2 x 1.2mm wall thickness = 17.6mm
.68" paint = 17.3mm
Useful, as I wanted a paintball barrel I didn't have to wad constantly. I was never sure the wadding was all that good.

I'm reasonably sure 18mm copper doesn't have a 16mm ID - I believe it has a 15.4mm ID, because most of the uncommon sizes tend to have thicker walls.
EDIT: Meant uncommon, not common.

Good guess, 0.2mm out
probably too narrow for you anyway maggot.
3/4" 10swg ali, ID of 15.79mm, might do the trick. really easy to find on ebay.

Cock. My mistake. Somehow I subtracted 2.4 from 18, got 15.6, wrote 15.4 - wasn't thinking.

Try 20mm copper or slightly cheaper, 20mm ali:
Ridiculously long link

The 3/4" copper from airlink-compressors would be your closest fit(17.2mm), it's a tad expensive though.
The B and Q website must be one of the worst designed I have ever seen, at least it gives you a chuckle now and again though:
