I'm looking for a flange to use in a new hybrid, but I can't seem to find any rated past 300 psi. I've looked in the usual places (McMaster, Grainger, etc) but can't seem to find anything. I've seen mention of high pressure flanges, but i can't remember where. They would need to be 2" NPT threads. Anyone have any ideas?

Edit: Everything else will be rated to 3000 psi so thats what I'm looking for, but I would settle for something rated to 1000 or a little more.

Ironic that you chose 300psi, you just exceed the rating of a 150 pound flange. You'll need a 300 pound class.

Thanks for the info, I should have thought to look there, engineering toolbox has just about everything.

However I think you misread my post, I'm looking for 3 thousand psi, not 300 (I will be using this in a high mix hybrid). So if I read that first table correctly, I would need at least a class 600 flange (for 1000 psi), probably a 900 or 1500 to get to 3000 psi?

I don't remember seeing the edit when I started. Oh well, life goes on.

Yea, I started that edit about 10 minutes after my original post when i realized it might not be clear enough. Thanks for the info though. Now its just a matter of finding them and how expensive they are. I'm waiting to hear back on a price quote now.
