I made this out of an old pill container 2 washers a 1 inch end cap and a 5 1/6 bolt. It weighs about a half pound and its a perfect. fit in a sdr 21 barrel

Dress up the round a bit, I can't see any fancy clothing!

Kidding aside, that round should work pretty well, altough it isn't very aerodynamic.

Add about 3' of 1" ribbon to the back to help keep it from tumbling. The more it tumbles the less accuracy and kinetic energy downrange. In working on a spring loaded fin ammo like a big inert frag 12. Test like a model rocket, tie string in the middle and spin it fast, then add ribbon to the back till it flies straight
