As well as my muffler i did some buckshot shells, im gettin some more lead shot soon so they will be good
Things used;
-plain printer paper
-glue
-4mm bb's
-piece of barrel as a cast.
-scissors/knife
these group pretty well at 20m with 00 lead shot. not to sure on how plastic ones would go tho.

Looks cool man, does the shot come out in flight or upon impact? also would like to see your gun ( air or combustion ). btw i'm designing a double barrel pneumatic shotgun, this type of ammo would work perfect i think. thx for the pics.
so double barrel are you also going double chamber?if not i would suggest you do.
peace

I can't see a double weight cannon being particularly good personally, single shots and reloading twice on a lighter cannon is much better.
Incidentally, chaos, have you tried solid lead slugs?
You just need a bit of barrel, some tinfoil to line it with and some lead.
Use a soldering iron to melt some lead in a tinfoil pastry case (without holes in the base) and pour it in with a pair of pliers
A blowtorch would be better but it might crisp the tinfoil so a more solid thing would be needed.
I think I'll go and find some BB's now

Very cool. Not only does it get the job done, but it gets it done in a nice looking package . Certainly worth me trying it.

shotgun yay!
they had worked a treat in my 3/4" pneumatic - I make my shells similar to yours but using tissue wadding hammered into the base to seal it from behind.
