I was just doing my history assignment on the Nazification of Germany from 1933-1945
that's funny... of course then they killed or put in jail those 'nazis' and everything was fine... nice trick.. you know it would have been difficult to put every german in jail so it was easier to find a few scapegoats....
now they teach people in schools that germany had nothing to do with II WW it was all casue by nazis <--- yeah that annoys me
ohhh and it annoys me when people say 'Nazi concentration camps' instead of 'German concentration camps'.... but that's nothing when compared with 'Polish concentration camp'

It's actually a very funny image, but it still pisses me off. GRAAAAA I AM SUCH AN ANGRY PERSON.MrCrowley wrote: Edit: No offence intended at all. I hate not being able to just fade quietly from these forums!!!
(Seriously, I go a week or two without logging on, finally I just "accidentally" hit the bookmark, see the "3,064 new messages" link, think oh lawd, and then wind up reading through them and responding somewhere.)
I never though it would be the TTPYO thread that'd do it this week, though. How low have I stooped, Dad?

I have done it before, although some loss of quality is inevitable - so it's worth starting with a top quality file to start with so you end up with a decent file at the end.MrCrowley wrote:Unless anyone here knows how to reverse fade outs?
I assume you have Audacity, and if not, get it.
It should be possible to use the envelope & gain tools to reverse most of the fade out, although you'll have to give in eventually.
What you do is lower the volume of the majority of the song with the envelope tool to about 10% normal, then as the fade out starts, bring the volume back up smoothly to compensate.
Adjust for the loss of ultimate volume with the gain tool (+9 dB should do it), and you should be able to get back 80% or even 90% of the fade out back to full volume.
You can only get back so much, and you'll have to have the last 10% or so as a fade out, but unless you can get your hands on the original studio recordings, that's as good as you'll get without starting to notice the quality loss.
Note: If that makes no sense, I can do it for you if you like...
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?
Sounds good, just make sure you don't save the edited file over the original...MrCrowley wrote:Thanks, I might give it a go, if all turns sour i'll let you know
I've made that mistake when picture editing before. I'm not sure it's possible with Audacity unless you're being a professional pillock though.

Biggest things that "Piss me off":
"Friends" who steal from me.
"Friends" who try to get my girl behind my back.
"Friends" who start a physical fight first.
These are three things I never do to real friends.
Also usually if a guy will hit women or try to get his "Friends" girl, or steal from other "friends", It's a good indication they're no good trash.
I was going to add that the state of fashion p.o.'s me too. But it's not the fashion, it's peoples' choices that are bad lately IMO.
Like the baby doll dress fad for women. Very few look good to me. Most of them look like maternity clothes for easy chicks. Or like they don't think they have a good body but the dress would be so easy to flip up (trashy). Seems to be the fad this year. No offence, some versions look good on chicks.(But not many).
Also seems like a state of confusion in fashion.
For example I looked at one family and the dad (over 50) was dressed like a teenager. Cool, except he had a huge skull and bones on his shirt
The other older guy was dressed like what a woman would wear if they were a man (This style P.O.'s me too) Look like large woman shoes (no socks, large girl type shirt tucked in, belt like large girl belt etc.)
One woman dressed nice and other (guess) a Baby doll dress.
IMO they looked funny together and it portrays a modern state of confusion to me.
Oh, also I get P.O.'d when people abuse their children or pets. Seems more common lately in public too. Perhaps the cost of housing is causing stress. But it's terrible. 8)
Liberals P.O. me too. The ones running stuff are corrupt lying hypocrites who embezzle and cheat money.
Nothing they say they want ever works. And nothing they stand for works and they complain about problems but never have any solutions that work.
Mostly they lie about some "cause" and invest or steal the money and the "people" lose money. Even for charity, They invest the money, keep the interest And get a tax umbrella. Hmm.. send me money for UMmm..Feed the poor. No Nothing sacred... child burn victims or something. I'll deliver it in my mercedes from my mansion and get volunteers to work and fly back in my Er...Private Jet

Thanks! I was going to add that after they burn thousands of gallons of gas in their private jets, they land and give some B.S. speech about how they're "going to cut exhaust emmissions 80% while reducing oil prices"...YOU HAVE MY COMPLETE AND TOTAL BACKING ON THAT ONE!! well said friend, well said.
They tell young people they'll "legalize marijuana" and older crowds they're going to "stop drug production"
And that all the votes they get are signs maybe some people (their voters) really did evolve from monkeys. But that might have sounded too political.
Anyway, FEAR THE GOVERNMENT THAT FEARS YOUR GUNS

I hate people who think fashion is serious business.
The fact is, everybody has an idea of what they need to dress like, and what they need to own in terms of clothing to do this. Although some people may say "I don't care what I dress in, I only wear jeans and a T-shirt or something.", that simply means they don't buy the same clothes others buy, but are set on only buying jeans and T-shirts. Emos might say "I'm different goddamn (lol), I have to wear seven layers of black clothing. I don't hawk on fashion like those cheerleader-types.", they really DO hawk on fashion, just a different fashion, by buying every shitty black band T-shirt they come across and spending countless dollars for the various tie-down hardware attached to their body. I like clothes that are practical. Does that mean I don't spend a lick of time looking at and buying clothes? No. It just means that instead of looking at GAP for shirts and shorts, I look at the Army Surplus store for 5.11 pants, Wal-Mart for packs of pocket T-shirts and normal jeans, and the Western Supply for Tony Lamas or Altamas.
See, it's simple. Everybody is into fashion, just different "fashions". While we may conjure up and image of popped collars and those fecking huge-ass sunglasses when we hear the word "fashion", the actual text-book definition is quite different.
