Depends on what it actually is. All I see is a shotgun rigged up to what looks like an electronic firing system. It probably depends on who owns it and how it's triggered.

AFAIK, gun control is federal. No differences among states. It may seem like it though, because some people flaunt it, while some states just don't have a pro-gun culture.

It looks like a semi, so electronic firing is illegal because it could go full auto.

Haha finally, got it working (thanks PS). We had to invent something for a class I got assigned to in my school. Believe it or not this was not the most expensive project in the class :shock:
Now its time to rip it apart and use those nice pneumatics for something even cooler :D
