Or if you prefer "lego" guns.....can't beat the Ruger 10/22...swap parts and make it into what ever you want...at a cost.
Google custom Ruger 10/22 to see some of the options... 8)

I'm going for a ruger mk3 with volquartsen barrel for my first pistol already decided

but probably a full volquartsen after some practice with the ruger. Have to convince my local gun shop to import them tho.
Damn cz again... people here mostly go for cz but I found Marlin has some handsome looking ones, are they any good? I really can picture a lever action in my collection
Note that I use them for target shooting/precision shooting only.

Marlins are realllll nice. Henry's are even better I think. Funny Gipp, I was looking at that rifle for a while now. Really want to mount a Malcolm tube scope to it. Go for a early 1900's Varmint rifle.

Well looks like the stores here don't make single import nor orders, so does US gun store sell .22 internationally if I provide the license issued in my country?

I mean if american stores accept firearm ownership licenses of foreign countries.
If this is an dead end does a .22 stay registered under a person in all states? From what I read sales in gun shows or individuo transfer aren't always checked. So if my friend in the US buys a .22 and sends to me will he get any trouble as losing a gun? Note that I'm absolutely not planning to buy an illegal gun, I'm just trying to purchase some guns from the US for my own use here.

Sending a gun through the mail is tricky, and let alone probably illegal. Ill shoot you a pm, friend.

I'd go there and pick it up myself since my license allows me to import .22 firearms. The plane ticket would be cheaper than importation fees and shipping

What's the legality of muzzle cans in Portugal

Suppressors are not allowed (as expected

)
Not that I plan to follow it if I ever decide to practice shooting in my garage

Nope...but I came across these on a Russian forum a while back. Factory piece has too many o-ring grooves and the mount screws too close to the end for "serious" use anyway.

You'll be amazed how many people use them for this reason. For testing purposes a 2 liter PET bottle with a cup of water in it does wonders.

@Gippeto I have read about that. I currently own a QB78 and I'm not sure what to do with it, the block seemed like a simple way. What you mean by serious use? I mean I can modify the valve to use higher pressure but is the stock chamber any good? It's for co2 after all.
@Jack I suppose the water is to cool the gas? But wouldn't the water vapor add extra noise?
