Are there any vantage points in your house were you could sneak up on him(since you know he will be there) and nail the f*ck out of him?

Just stop playing with him. Every time you play with him, you give him the satisfaction of letting him cheat. Every time he wins, it reinforces that behavior (just like training a dog) and makes him that much more likely to do it again.
Stop calling him, stop seeing him, stop playing with him. When he asks you why (and he will) tell him it's because he's a cheating motherf**ker and you don't play with people like that. He won't do it again. If he does it again after that, tazer his ass. Repeatedly.

I say snatch his ass up and drag him to it and point out the fact that your folks work to hard for your house to allow his little ass to get away with damageing your house. Then make him confess to your parents so you get out of any trouble you mite be in for it.
He sounds like a kid i grew up with.

Hah thats crazy how bout you tell him to come look at the whole and ask him what he thinks made it and if he says he doesn't know kick his ass for lying.

the tazer idea is good.
or you could play airsoft at your house, then get out a paintball gun and sneak up behind him while he's shooting through the whole. make sure it can shoot really fast, and get him with as many paint balls in as little time as pssible!

Or fill the whole with something and ask him to play again or stick a note in the hole that says something like "Why did you do this?".

Hey, at least all Alex's aren't that bad, lol. I'd say kick his ass, and give him an extra kick from me for giving people named Alex a bad rep.

I would get really pissed too if someone cut a hole in my house. Heck, I chased off a couple kids with my airsoft gun for teasing my dog. (Yes I did hit them a few times....each)
I'd set up a camera near the hole and try to catch him using it, and show the video to your dad, maybe it'll convince him you didn't do it.
If all else fails, beat him. I was at this party and I kicked my freind's *ss for dropping my hat in a toilet...that had stuff in it.
