I was just wondering where and how you put the shrader valves into the chamber (yes I want to put it in the chamber and not from behind the piston). I am asking this because I have heard fleeting comments from people say if they could do it over they would... do such and such.
I have heard that you are supposed to put the cap on, then put the valve through the cap AND the pipe and thread it (which I need some help with) but would it be ok to put it on the end of the cap, or just into the pipe???
how and where to install the shrader valve

Canada Kicks Ass eh?
its best to put it in a place where there are two layers of PVC, such as where a fitting overlaps the pipe. if the schrader valve has 1/8" NPT threads you need a 1/8" NPT tap and a 5/16" drill bit. if it has 1/4" NPT threads you need a 1/4" NPT tap and a 7/16" drill bit. drill the hole and thread it in slowly, backing the tap out every now and again to clean PVC shavings off of the flutes. dont run the tap all the way through, just tap deep enough to the tip of the tap is visible if you look inside the pipe.

Burntlatke shows you on their site. A 1/2" socket wrench will fit over the end of a tap, but they sell tap wrenches that will work up to that size to I believe.
Here you go.
