I live in the south of the UK and am looking to build a second cannon using pvc but in wickes and BnQ dont seem to show any pressure rating on the pvc pipes

and two. the pipes are usually not as large bore as the ones i have seen on here.

any comments of websites or places , or something im missing would be so helpfull

I've never had anything to do with plastic launches but I believe this place may be useful to you.

For a larger bore cannon, it might be easier to make a combustion, which only needs to resist pressure at the time of firing so you can get away with unrated pipe, and also it avoids the issue of valves which tend to get quite expensive as size goes up.

In the UK, if you want pressure rated pipe you'll have to go online.
pipestock is kind of expensive, but it does sell pressure rated ABS if you're really serious.
I would try uk irrigation (formerly TRS supplies) first.
kiowa is handy if you want some big pipe like 4" as you can buy just a metre at a time, fittings are a rip off there though.

I'd second Jack, big combustions are a lot cheaper and possibly easier to build, do you have a compressor? either way make sure you've got lots of room for shooting before embarking on a large build of either a combustion or pneumatic. I made the mistake of building a tennis ball hybrid and not being able to fire the damn thing anywhere it was so loud.

MaxuS has a rather nice UK built tennis ball launcher but it seems to have cost a pretty penny, he says the valve alone was 80 quid.
