i got mine (kobalt) for about $40, at a massive sale, usually they run between 60-100. then the co2 tank is usually about 20-30, so it could run from about 80-130, which is a bit if you dont have alot of money. something you could do is go like the backpack setup, but instead of having backpack>ball valve>chamber>valve>barrel go chamber>ball valve>threaded adaptor/camlock>other side of treaded adaptor/camlock> barrel. this will allow you to effectively reload the chamber in less then 30 sec or so, depending on how good you get with the treaded adaptor or the camlock (camlocks are faster but more expensive) you could also do something like Davidvaini's preloaded bust disk cartridge, and basicily have multiple cannons with you, each being about 1.5 times the size of a flashbang. those are also super simple to make, run a search
