@frankrede dude I come over to back you up on some things mate but iamb not gunna let you diss this bloke mate.
He's only 15 and as he said parts is not the most available to him. I think for his age and circumstances it's a damn good spud gun.
I know that he put alota effort into it.
I think he should get a Mcgiver award boys coz this gun was built almost from scratch with limited componets.

Tell me mate that when you was 15 you was a master engineer pumping out semi-automatic spud guns with a spring fed magazine. Give him a go!
I'm 24 and I bet I couldn't make one of those things as good as he's done.

You are also a dumbass for using non-rated ABS DWV parts, probably cellular core. ABS WILL BLOW OUT OVER TIME, just give it a while. In the meantime, try to make a gun that will shoot.

I have made many pistons without Orings. infact, all my pistons are O-ring-less.

Beautiful looking cannon and by the looks of it, it's a chamber sealer so double well done! All the best and good luck in the future of cannons. :D

@ noname. as hi said, it does not need O rings, as long as it seals, it should work. as long as my ABS does not.....blow up  hehe

Hi, you nor super spudder knows what you're talking about in this situation. Obviously a barrel sealing piston valve doesn't require O-rings to seal (though it does help), but a chamber sealer, which this one is, does.

And there's you're little problem.

yes, you come on to the topic that i posted then tell someone with "know how" that he doesn't know what he is talking about and that my cannon will not work. seriously, if you don't have something useful to say other than this bla bla bla that you keep on saying, don't bother saying anything at all 8) i am not trying to insult you, but you have not said anything usefull in this topic

Post a diagram of the insides of the piston valve and I may believe you. Other than that, I'd say he's trying to bullshit his way through a crappy gun that can't shoot.

in your face!!!!!

also, why is it that it is ok for people to use a coke bottle as a air tank at 100 psi, but it isnt ok for them to use abs, which just so happens so be about 10 times thinker.
