One last thing, ive gotten tired of messing around with thread tape to seal the end cap, is there a special/easy way you seal your endcap?

All the ones I've used have o-rings to seal the end cap. If there isn't space on the end cap thread (or the thread on the body of the flashlight) for an o-ring it might not work but you could try anyway.

That would make one hell of a light gasgun....Helium Cylinder, length 5", inner capacity 95.5 cc, thread 5/8-18, burst pressure 570 kgf/cm2, filling pressure 190 kgf/cm2, electroplating surface treatment . Length 5 3/16", width 1 10/16".
