FINALLY i finished it. had the first few test fires today and it worked like a charm, minor leak but that is fixed.
Barrel: 85cm of 15mm PVC
Chamber: About 25cm of 50mm PVC
Valve: Modded sprinkler with bent guide rod (1/4" blowgun actuation)
Stock: 20mm PVC + fittings
Fill: Metal shrader valve
All fittings are PN18 and all of the pipe is PN12(except for barrel, PN18)
Back
Front
Fill point and gauge
Back with Bi-pod
Front with Bi-pod(and laser on)
Showing the laser on(its fairly accurate considering i only lined it up with my eyes)
Give me some comments on it?
thanks.

Very nice. Any damage shots? What's with the missing barrel in the first few pics?
I'm sure this will get asked, so i'll ask now...
What did you block the stock off with?

with a moded sprinkler valve does it work by:
Pressure Sprinkler
-------------->======
+ handle/blowgun
+
And when you pull the trigger it lets the pressure through or do you hook the blowgun up to soemm pressure and then when you pull it the valve pressurizes

It works like a piston valve, except instead of a piston, it's a diaphragm, which does the same thing. The blow gun is just the pilot valve, which you should know from the how pistons work topic you replied to.
Please see my PM regarding hijacking threads.

ok i see wow its kinda like how you dont understand the thing and than cablamo it hits you and its all clear
But i more meant on this particular gune does the air go into the top of the sprinkler valve via the pilot or through the side 1"pipe?

Ohhh
i was amazed aswell.
I loaded a buckshot of BB's in, and shot through a side of a corrigated cardboard box at like 30 psi..
edit: bom the air goes in through the metal shrader and builds up in the chamber and above the diaphragm. you open the blowgun releasing air above the diaphragm, lifting the diaphragm up and allowing the air in the chamber to pass through out the barrel.

looks a tad on the ghetto side but as long as it makes marble-sized holes in stuff, who cares
Since marbles are a consistent type of ammunition, you should be able to calibrate the laser for a fixed distance with reasonable accuracy assuming you fill to a constant pressure.
The problem with a laser dot is that since both traverse and elevation are off-centre, the sight will only be good for shooting at a fixed distance (+/-2 metres or so) so calibrate it at the range you plan on using it the most. By shooting at cardboard boxes at different ranges (set them up at say 10 metres, 20 metres, 30 metres etc.) and firing say 5 shots at each box, you'll know how much the projectile drops and veers off to the side and therefore how much you'll have to compensate for future shots.

thanks for all the feedback guys.
any suggestions for 15mm ammo other then potato, bb buckshot or marbles?
this isnt 1/2" pipe like in america its 15mm pn18(i think it could be sch 40 or 80.

I would stick with marbles, heavy enough to fly reasonably straight and do damage, spherical so they don't need fins or rifling and consistently made so they will fly reliably.

What about paintballs?
You could get some shipped over from NZ for like $15 for shipping and $25 for 500 balls (it's like $9 in America for 500balls but the shipping would kill ya)
