well all that does is move the solenoid, it would have the same preformance as a stock valve because the pilot volume is being exhausted through the same really small hole the solenoid uses. a modded valve works so good because the pilot volume is exhausted faster (through a bigger hole) which leads to a quicker opening time

It sucks trust me, I have tried to fire via that switch before... it works worse than putting power to the solenoid.
