I was looking on by the replacement parts from eclipse and is saw a Q.E.V. vavle, i was wondering could this valve be used as a valve for airsoft? I'm asking because I don't know much about paintball internals.

I don't know, I mean I suppose it works like a regular QEV, but what sort of fittings would you use? I always wondered about these, everytime I search "QEV" or "quick exhaust valve" on eBay a bunch of them come up.

It is an ordinary QEV, let a bit of air out one port to dump a load of air from the second port out of the third port.
If you're really going to be using it for airsoft just a blowgun would do to get the needed speed though.

I'm thinking of using a hammer valve for the exhaust valve.
When any trouble with fittings show up... Just like JSR "I make my own F****N fittings

10/32nds and a 1/8th tube barb fitting means not much power.

The valve will work, and you may be able to hook it up using custom fittings.
Downside is that it has a very small porting so it can only be used for smaller calibers like a BB gun.

They are for paintball guns. Ions and Autocockers use them to speed up the rate of fire.
