I got an idea for a good 3-shot bb sniper rifle:
Well?

It will certainly work...probably isn't very practical. All that extra plumbing for just 2 extra portable BB shots?

It'll be more useful for airsoft matches. 8)

You could make a semi auto instdead, with a bulk tank sttached and every shot one bb, so pull trigger boom, let go of trigger, it would be expensive i guess but in the heat of a batel very useful, or a full auto gun...?

Well if I'm not mistaken most guns in airsoft matches are semi-auto or automatic with atleast 12 round clips. So a 3 shot gun won't do much good. I also think the 1" sprinkler valve is a little overkill for a bb gun. JSR proved that a blowgun can be used as a main valve in an airsoft gun. Or you could just use a ball valve. If you want to use a homemade gun in an airsoft match make an inline vortex or vortex cap bbmg

Agreed with the above, a blowgun trigger, simple T magazine and one sizable chamber will give you a lot more shots with good power.

Sorry for the slightly off topic question but, you seem to have made several good tests on Blowgun valves, do you have results or some other kind of document that i could read about them?

All you need to know.
Provided you have a long barrel, decent pressure (80 psi plus) and "snatch" the valve, you'll have enough power for destructive plinking, let alone airsoft.

Ok sounds like fun, i am off to have a read, maybe i will use that blow gun instead of the hamer valve after all...
Edit: Is the blowgun valve there modded or not? If then in which way?

Completely unmodded and the barrel is just stuck in with masking tape

Wow, if that is un modded then what will modding do?!
One of those stupid and annoying what is better questions is to follow beforĂȘ i settel on what valve to use:
I am building a sniper rifle, bulk tank powered and using 300psi. I want alot of power and accuracy so should i use a blowgun(modded) or a Hammer valve?

A hammer valve will give you more consistency and opening speed, so for power and accuracy, it's the way to go.
Also, the more pressure you put in, the harder a blowgun is going to be to open, so at 300 psi firing would be a bit of a chore.
