this is my new all metal mostly brass small bore over under. i postitioned the valve verticly instead of horizontaly mostly to improve the looks. the main brass barrel is 34in long and is 1/4inch. i use this for bearings and my homemade slugs. i have a aluminum tube i slide into the barrel to convert it to .22cal for shooting airgun lead pellets. it is very nice to hold and i can shoot one handed suprizingly steady due to the weight being behind the grip.
SPECS:
chamber: .65id and 9in long 3 cubic inches
piston: in a 3/8 pipe nipple about .45in
barrel: .25cal: 36in 1.8 cubic inches C:B 1.7
.22cal: 36in 1.4 cubic inches C:B 2.1
preformace: lead air gun pellet: 550fps @ 150psi

my current ammo supply. pellets, homecast slugs, and bearings. all the funny colored slugs are hotglue but harder than standard hotglue. i use them for target practise because they are reusable unlike lead.

Nice job, what pressures are you running this at?

i have had it up to 550psi and that is just crazy. but now something is wrong with my pump so im stuck with just 125psi. either way it kicks the crap out of the .22 coax i made.
and sheet metal depending on thickness might be a bit tough with my current ammo and pressures. 550psi and a shapened steel projectile should do the trick though

where exactly does the piston sit?

its sits in a nipple between the lower 90 on the tee and the tee. so it sits at a right angle to most launchers.

thanks for the compliments guys. and shinyness is the reason i spent more to get almost all brass.
i have a pic of the push button internals on a computer tha i cant get to for 8 hours. its a rele simple pushbutton

the piston seats on a push to connect fitting that had lost the part to make it work. and even its brass

lots of damage things and maybe an accuracy test

well yeah it will have damage but what do you want to see get destoyed? and accuract means i have to make some sights for it, oh well.

shoot something metal, something like fruit, and wood.
Any estimates on fps? 700+?

Oh yeah, BTW what pump are you using to reach 550psi?
