I am going to be running 200 PSI max in my little toy , but wanted a PSI gauge that would go slightly above that so I can tell if I ever go over. I would like to see incriments of 5 psi.

1-1.5" Diameter max.

I went to McMaster and I am just overwelmed on what to get, there are just to may options.

Can someone explain to me the pro's and cons of differant gauges ?

Thanks

5 PSI increments in that small diameter will be hard to get.
Cheap and 10psi increments: http://www.mcmaster.com/#atmospheric-pr ... es/=6i205w

It comes down to accuracy, and what type of fluid it is handling. For example, oxygen pressure gauges will be a lot more expensive, no oil/corrosive material can be used.
