this is a revised version of my first piston valve by adding a blowgun and reducing pilot vloume(still needs work). the chamber is 3/4in copper pipe and the barrel is completely threaded but was surprisingly cheap being 1/4in bore and is 3 feet long. i found it in the lamp section of my hardware store as a wire housing for lamps. i havent got a chance to take any damage pics as i finished the enlarged chamber and barrel today. i have a smaller barrel and airchamber from an old gun with a pressure washer barrel for the barrel.
the piston is made of hot glue and has a rubber sealing face.

Looks good, but that pilot volume is HUGE, if you reduce it you will see a noticable power increase.

i was going to have a 90 degree elbow for the blow gun for that but that is a good idea, i will do that. cheersClarke wrote:You should switch the blowgun with the schrader so it has a more gun type feel and it will probably increase you accuracy.
