These fitting look somewhat suspect now that I have glued them on.

That reducer sure looks DWV. The best way to tell is to look at the markings cast into the part. If it's for pressure, it will have "NSF-pw" cast on it somewhere for fitting, or printed on pipe.

The socket depth is shallow. Pressure parts have deep sockets.
