It would of been nice someone build plastic 6mm pellet just like lead pellet .

i made few from bb's, but they are not accurate still the boom is much louder as the pellet is heavier.

Another idea would be to drill a hole in the head of the pellet and put in a simple steel tip for added power and flight stability due to the dense tip shifting the center of gravity more towards the front.

How to you make them? Is it an easily repeatable process?

Looks like he drilled through one, then glued it to the other one. That is a really clever way to do it, because it will always be straight.

a made a plat surface to both bb's so they fit well to glue them ( superglue) than i drill a hole in . 1 min for one. i only test one of those. i am thinking to make a mold of real lead pellet and use melted polistiren to make them.

Try drilling the whole way through the one bb, so that it is like a donut. That way, whey you glue it on, any orientation is correct.

He is invoking the most commonly cited section of the bible used by christians to justify discrimination against homosexuals. In doing so, he is jestfully claiming that not ANY orientation is correct according to this section and it is implied that the incorrect orientation is homosexual.

If your projectile is homosexual, you shouldn't be shooting living things out of your cannon as that would be against the forum rules (and probably local ordinances against murder or animal cruelty)

i didn't say i shoot living target you miss interpretated it ! First the targets were at @ 10-15 m, but after a while i moved them away to 20 m.
The pellet is not gay as far as i know, but if it is, it doesnt matter cause i "used" it !

Mathematically, the truth is actually the inverse.
A line through a circle or sphere isn't inherently the diameter; it can be a chord, such as the line BX here:

Admittedly, a chord like BX is one you'd struggle to drill accidentally, but there's still an infinity of chords radiating from point B that aren't the diameter (I say it like that as the diameter of a circle is technically a special case chord).
What you've described as a certainty is actually something that has (literally) infinitesimal odds!

That said, due care and attention can get close.

yes, it is almost impossible to drill a hole trough the diameter of a sphere. Just holding in one hand the bb and in the other hand a 3.5 kg drill with a small "spiral"(?). i wonder why nobody make 6 mm lead or plastic pellets ////
