Any body know where I can find some dimensions of real world rifles, I am rebuilding my sniper airsoft and can't seem to find a good stock length, so I can't get a fixed scope position yet.
I'm sort of going for a Barret 50cal look so those measurements would be great,

Search Google patents or go to the manufactures web site and look for the product page.

Google "Barrett M82A1 CAD", there's a few results, but all of them require registration.

Find overall length from specs...print off side view (would suggest sizing to fit paper...bigger is better) ....measure. Prefer metric for this sort of thing....
Picture measures say 200mm and overall length is actually either 48 or 59" depending upon barrel length. Say 48" for arguments sake.
Scale is 200mm=48"....divide 48 by 200....each mm is equal to .24".

You can do this if you don't have a printer by using an image editor like GIMP or Photoshop and the "measure" tool. Hell, I think even MSPaint has a measure tool these days.
