nice drawing. The elbow should be thicker though, it chokes the airflow. Chamber sealing isnt it ?

Nice, it is setup as a chamber sealer in that rendering.

That's because it IS a chamber sealer.

It looks like you plan to use a DWV elbow there. I wouldn't

All this time spent on drawing crap... It's a nice picture but I like to just build it and take pictures after. The only things I draw out are valve diagrams or other complex cannon parts so I have everything sized perfectly and can use it as a quick reference.

I'd like to build it but I don't have 100 bucks to spare for a valve. Also, if i were to build it I'd use pressure rated pieces. This is just something I made in rhino because I was bored.

I just figured out, according to the prices of a dutch site. If I wanne make a over-under with a chamber of 75 mm (3inch) and a valve of 75 mm, a barrel of 63 or 50 mm, i have to pay for pressure PVC of 10 bar (140 psi) only 56 euro for al the parts needed. The pipes come in lenghts of 5 meter, so I have enough to make 2 or 3 guns for less than 100 euro.

Only thing, I need to drive 92 km to get it :?

@ Brain teh Brain, the shop I am talking about is http://www.tuinberegening.nl/. You gave me a link the other day to an other shop in Nederland, but the prices there are almost double as in this shop. I dont know where you live, but this one is close to Tilburg. Much closer for me. They also sell sprinkler valves, called "magneetkleppen", but they operate on 24 AC :( . Good thing is that they cost obly 29 euro.

Should find one for DC though, so i could use a battery.

There would be a QD to fill it via and air compressor, a schrader could be used but with big chamers it takes Forever, I fill a 4"x36" chamber with an emergency pump and it takes a good 10 or 15 minutes...

On the cap which the blowgun hose is attached to, like a Tee or so, a piston must be pressurized from behind or it will not actuate w/out a spring and springs can reduce performance. So it will be on neither the air gun or the chamber, it will be on the valve.
