this is my first pneumatic cannon, pretty basic, had a few problems as it was my first, modding the vavle, as i hadnt looked into how sprinkler vavles work i couldnt figure out why the air wasnt releasing into the barrel, but i figure out i had to slow the air flow down in the vavles chamber so i made a temperary guide rod which was just made out of a bobby pin and a piece of plastic i had laying around. i also had a problem with getting the blowgun air tight i finally managed to but the trigger is facing backwards i dont mind it dosnt affect anything just looks a little wierd. the scope i used was just a toy scope pretty useless it just gives me a rough idea where i am aiming.
this thing is pretty powerful i have never actually shot it higher then 30 PSI, my first shot i made a wax ball and pumped it to just over 20 psi and fired it i was just seeing if the air would release into my barrel so it pretty much was just a test shot and it fired so good it put a crater in my pool shed as u can see below from about 20 metres away. other then that i have been firing a waitless perfume cap at 30 PSI that sits air tight in the barrel into my marshall amp box that is full of little boxes it goes through most of the boxes inside with ease. i am yet to find a good fitting marble or ammunition but when i do i will pump it to about 70 or 80 psi and it should demolish things. this gun cost all up with both barrels and my mini car air compressor pump $70 australian. and im really happy with it, only thing i would say is its not to comfortable. what do you guys think
