Does anyone know were I canget some good cannon plans with sizes and everything? I have bee googling for almost 2 hours.

try searching a little harder next time... and remember most people give more credit for guns that are made without someone elses plans

Well make it up, I wont stop you for using the wrong barrel/chamber diameter.

Why would you need plans? Just go to the plumbing store grab a bunch of Pressure rated pipe and make something interesting and cool. DOn't use some crappy design of the net.
