About 20" of 2" galvanized steel chamber, 1" goyen diaphragm valve, 36" x 1" galvanized steel barrel. Shoots very well, and is great for the cold. Can charge as high as my compressor can go. It's quite heavy too so not for those 'hit and runs'.

does it seal up nice? because I have never used one of those metal diaphragm valves.
Did you mod the valve? wow, pretty nice, I think that you should add a tripod to it and try to hit some tin cans off a fence about 100 yards away. Now that would be something cool to see...

Can you take some vids of it?
I like it. Another cool metal gun. What is your main ammo, you use.\
How many poumds does it weigh?

i wouldnt push past 150 with it, since the valve is rated to that pressure

i have these huge 1" glass marbles that would probably fit in a one inch barrel 8) 8) those would do some damage

If it's kicking harder than water, you are doing something wrong. Are using a sabot when you shoot your water? A sabot is very important when launching fluids.

really? why is that, im not contridicting you but i never used to do that with my old cannon(maybe thats why it broke

In my experience, when I shoot water without a sabot, the air just bubbles up through it, and launches it with less efort than I can throw it... this is with a 2"x50" diaphram-valved pneumatic.
As to the marbles, that's not quite true. If you filled the barrel to the same point with marbles as with water, it'd be some 70% more mass... but how many of us shoot that many marbles?

When i shot water, it was usually with no barrel, i was just filling the valve with water, then shooting, that was hitting pretty much. I never used a sabot when firing water and it always shoot a giant burst of steam. with 1.5 " marbles, the recoil isn't stronger, i said something wrong. even with a D cell battery it isn't the same. it's different. Tomorow i'm getting galvanized steel pipe for my new laucher. I want it solid, cold, heavy, and powerfull. i heard galvanized steel pipe (5mm thick) could get a thousand psi without blowing...
But unless you get a 2" opening, the shot wont let the air go out instantly, it will take a few seconds. and we don't speak of the recoil....
