well i had this idea for a threaded shrader when i found a fitting that fit nicely on a copper shrader stem. it was to big to solder so just put some JB weld on and let it dry. i needed to know if it would work without my parents driving me to lowes. So i came up with this beautiful burst disk to test my shrader. if you notice about everything is crooked and replaceable if needed.
schrader
aluminum foil disk
the whole setup
the performance of burst disks amazed me i shot a loose fitting bolt 50 yards at 30 psi. i tried pressureizing it and droping a nail down hoping to pop it but all that happened was tsssssssssssss and no pop. if you have and disk suggestions please post

accualy i just did that. i wasnt sure the pressure rating of the bottle so i put the hose thought a hole in my garage door (for my kitty to get in) and pumped it up. it started leaking at about 40psi around the schrader. im not woried because 1/8" plastic bottle is much different than 1/2" double layered pvc. but sure enought about 60pis i got a pop

Try chip bag burst discs. With a 1" union they burst at exactly 100 psi, yours is a bit smaller so they'll probably hold about 120. Just sheild yourself with some plywood and keep pumping. To see how much pressure my burst disc gun could hold, I layered 5 chip bags, put the gun in a trash can, put another trash can over the other one, and then the whole setup in a really big trash can, with the pump's hose sticking out so I could still pump. It held 180 psi and I didn't take it higher.
