AT-4

well this is my AT-4 styled coaxial piston cannon, its 3" in diameter with a 1" barrel, and piloted with a modded 1" sprinkler valve. its technically not done (need a shoulder rest, a sight, and a second fire control box) but you know close enough. its been in operational status for a few months now i just never got around to posting it. i can shoot a rock about a 1/2 mile and i can put a nail dart through 1/2 plywood with ease

Woah, thats really awesome! The end pieces and colour make the cannon. How much does it weigh?

most of the time i charge it somewhere between 60 to 80 psi, but i have brought it up to 100 psi a few times. but whenever i charge it to 100 i cant hear anything for 2 minutes (which means i cant hear the neighbors rushing out of their house to see what that noise was) as for the weight i don't really know but i would guess in the 20 pounds range, i don't have one scale in my entire house to weigh it on and if i brought it to the post office i bet every one would run away screaming. thanks for all the positive feed back everyone, keep ypur eyes open for a remote detonated mine ill be posting soon

1" nail darts? How big are the nails? Anyway, awesome gun! Looks like a real RPG! I wish I could make one of those.

i just take 3" nails and wrap them in a bunch of duct ape which leaves about 1" of the nail exposed. and it wasn't as hard to make as you would think, it was expensive but it was pretty simple. the hardest part was the barrel support

might i reccomend making PVC missles out of 1/2 inch pipe? surely you know how to do that........

and also, C batteries fit in 1 inch pipe. the kick might hurt a but tho..........
