My gun with threaded chamber for east sparker maintenance, 2in threaded cap for fuel conservation and threaded barrel.
My silencer works pretty well, after lots of experimentation i was able to reduce the noise level by about 70% without affecting range, (about 200 yards)

What do you mean by "reduced the noise level by 70%"?
Like, what units are you using? Decibells, released energy, "apparent sound"?

Hey, another abs user! i like it, but by saying 70% is nothing, tell us what it sounds like, a shotgun? firecracker? ballon popping?

The silencer takes all the high end sound off, so all you hear is a rush of air and a minor bang, like a car backfiring only quieter.

Does any one know what type of silencer is better? The ones that you slip on the end of your barrel or the type that xinstride has. The silencer looks nice. I bet it took alot of time to drill out all the holes.

Wrap graph paper around the pipe and centerpunch every other axis, then remove graph paper and drill. It takes about 30 mins.

If you have read any other combustion cannon posts you will notice that the size of the chamber alone does not determine how well a gun will perform. While it can help depending on what exactly you are making, you also need to consider what sort of propellant(s) you are using and in what proportions. And why did you feel it necessary to post that question here?
